Who this is for
Parents of high school club swimmers who are starting to wonder about college swimming and want to know what is realistic, what matters this season, and what to do next. The goal is clarity and a plan, from a former Division I swimmer and two-year team captain. It is not a scholarship, a roster spot, or a coach's reply.
How the options fit together
- Free: the newsletter and the one-page timeline. Start here if you are just looking.
- Path Review, $149: your swimmer's situation, written up for you. The playbook is included free.
- Path Plan, $349: the review plus a live conversation and a framework to research schools yourself.
- Season Plan, $899: ongoing support across a season, by application.
Three ways to work with us
Every plan is one flat price, the same for every family. No plan promises a recruiting result. Your swimmer sends every message to coaches. We never do.
Path Review, $149 standard price
The written plan. Most families start here.
- Your first three things to do this month, at the top
- Where things stand: your swimmer's times, read plainly, with the course noted
- Grade-by-grade next steps, from now until decision time
- Which meets matter this year, and which you can skip
- College levels to research: an honest range, tied to the times and goals you share
- A coach-email checklist your swimmer uses
- One round of follow-up questions by email within 14 days of delivery
- Every bonus listed below
Delivered as a written plan of about 3 to 4 pages within 5 business days of your complete intake.
Path Plan, $349 standard price
The written plan, plus a conversation and a way to build your school list. For most families who are past "just curious," this is the sensible middle.
- Everything in the Path Review
- A 45 minute strategy call with you and your swimmer
- The school-list research framework: a worksheet built on your family's own criteria, three buckets (reach, target, likely), and step-by-step research on public sites. Your family builds the list. We don't hand you a list of schools, and nobody pays us to suggest one.
- One email review of your family's draft list, with comments on fit against your own criteria
- Coach-email templates your swimmer edits and sends
- A 30 day email follow-up window after delivery
Season Plan, $899 per family, by application
For families who want someone in their corner for a whole season.
- Everything in the Path Plan
- Three 30 minute check-ins across one season
- A short written update after each check-in
- One refresh of the research framework after each championship meet
- Up to 4 emails a month, answered within 2 business days
- Siblings in the same household included
Same price for every family. There is no founding price on the Season Plan. A season is a real commitment on both sides, and we take very few families at a time. A short application lets us check that it fits before anyone pays. If the Path Plan would serve you just as well, we will say so.
Which one should I choose?
Choose the Path Review if you mostly want to know where things stand and what to do next.
Choose the Path Plan if your swimmer is ready to start researching schools and you would like a real conversation about it. You get the written plan, a call, and a way to build the list yourselves.
Apply for the Season Plan if you want someone checking in as the season unfolds and times change.
Not sure? Start with the free timeline, and we will point you to the smallest plan that does the job.
Bonuses with every plan
- Coach Email Starter Kit. Three short email templates your swimmer personalizes and sends. Your swimmer picks the words.
- Season-by-Season Checklist. One page by grade, so you know what to look at and when.
- Campus Visit Question List. One page of questions to ask programs, so you leave a visit with answers instead of just a T-shirt.
- Club Swim to College Swim playbook. A free bonus with a Path Review or Path Plan, including founding slots.
Choose your plan
Path Review
$149
The written plan, about 3 to 4 pages, with every bonus and the free playbook.
Path Plan
$349
The written plan, a 45 minute strategy call, the school-list research framework, an email review of your draft list, templates, and 30 days of email follow-up. Free playbook included.
Season Plan
$899
By application only. Everything in the Path Plan, plus three check-ins and written updates across one season. Apply first, and we confirm fit before anyone pays.
Playbook
$49
The Club Swim to College Swim playbook as a standalone PDF. For now it is a free bonus with a Path Review or Path Plan, so there is no need to buy it separately.
Founding rate: 3 public slots, through Nov 11
The first three families to pay get the slots, in order of payment, across both options in total. The founding rate ends Nov 11, 2026, or when all 3 slots are taken, whichever comes first. Anyone can take a slot on the same terms. The Season Plan has no founding price. In return we ask for honest feedback and, only if you want to, permission to share a short quote, labeled "founding client, reduced rate" and used only as you wrote it.
The On-Time Promise
- If your written plan is not delivered within 5 business days of your complete intake, you get a full refund.
- If you change your mind within 7 days and we have not started, you get a full refund.
- If you bought the Path Plan and the strategy call does not happen because of us, you get a full refund.
- After delivery, you get follow-up by email: one round within 14 days for the Path Review, a 30 day window for the Path Plan.
What we do not do: refund because you disagree with the advice. Honest advice is the whole product. And we do not promise any recruiting result, roster spot, or scholarship. No one honestly can.
Refund policy
The promise above is the short version. Season Plan refunds and the full rules are in the terms (draft, pending final review).
How it works
- Pick your plan and pay by secure link. For the Season Plan, apply first.
- Fill out the intake form. About 10 minutes: grade, events, best times with the course, meets, goals, questions.
- Get your written plan within 5 business days of a complete intake. Path Plan and Season Plan families also get a link to book the strategy call.
We take a limited number of new families each week so every plan gets real attention.
What this is, and is not
This is an honest second opinion on how to plan. It is not a guarantee of anything. Only college coaches make roster decisions. Rules and calendars change, so please check the current calendar at ncaa.org and talk with your swimmer's coaches.
Common questions
Is this a recruiting service? No. We do not contact coaches or submit anything for you. Your swimmer sends every message.
Can you promise my swimmer a scholarship? No. And be careful of anyone who does.
Do you give us a list of schools? No. In the Path Plan, your family builds the list with our framework, using your own criteria and public information. We review your draft once and tell you how it fits those criteria. Nobody pays us to send families anywhere.
Do I have to be on a call? Not for the Path Review. The written plan stands on its own.
Can my swimmer join the call? Yes, please. It is their path. A parent or guardian is on every call.
Is the founding rate a special deal for friends? No. It is public, limited to 3 slots, and open to anyone on the same terms, in order of payment.
Do siblings cost extra? On the Season Plan, siblings in the same household are included. The Path Review and Path Plan are written for one swimmer.
