Who we are

Goggle Marks ("we," "us") is run by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME OR OWNER NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Goggle Marks is written by a former Division I swimmer and two-year team captain. By using this website, signing up for our newsletter, or buying a plan or other product, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Every plan starts with a written review of a swimmer's situation, based on the information a parent or guardian gives us in the intake form. It's general guidance and opinion. It may cover where the swimmer's times stand, which meets may matter, next steps by grade, and which college levels could be worth researching.

Standard prices:

  1. Path Review, $149. A written plan of about 3 to 4 pages, delivered within 5 business days of a complete intake form, with one round of email follow-up questions within 14 days of delivery, and the included bonuses.
  2. Path Plan, $349. Everything in the Path Review, plus a 45 minute strategy call with the parent or guardian and the swimmer, a school-list research framework the family uses to build its own list, one email review of the family's draft list, coach-email templates the swimmer sends, and a 30 day email follow-up window from delivery.
  3. Season Plan, $899 per family, by application only. Everything in the Path Plan, plus three 30 minute check-ins across one season, a written update after each check-in, one refresh of the research framework after each championship meet, and up to 4 emails a month answered within 2 business days. Siblings in the same household are included.
  4. Club Swim to College Swim playbook, $49, as a standalone digital product once checkout is available. It's included free with every plan above.

Reduced founding rate: Path Review $79 or Path Plan $199, limited to 3 slots in total, given in order of payment, and available through Nov 11, 2026 or until all 3 slots are taken, whichever comes first. The same terms apply to anyone. There is no founding rate for the Season Plan.

We don't build or recommend a list of schools, and we never contact college coaches for a family. The swimmer sends every message.

What our plans are not

It isn't coaching. We don't write training plans and we don't replace your swimmer's club or high school coach.

It isn't a guarantee. We do not promise scholarships, roster spots, admission, recruiting contact, or any other outcome. College coaches and schools make their own decisions for reasons we can't see or control.

It isn't official rules guidance. Recruiting and eligibility rules change and differ by division. NCAA rules and deadlines change and differ by division. Please verify anything specific with your swimmer's club or high school coach and at ncaa.org.

It isn't medical, nutrition, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Talk with a qualified professional for those.

Not affiliated

Goggle Marks is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for the NCAA, NAIA, USA Swimming, any college or university, any high school, or any swim club. We don't sell swim gear or skin products and aren't affiliated with any product brand. We don't accept payment from colleges, coaches, or recruiting services to recommend schools.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM AGE] to buy a plan or other product. Because many swimmers are minors, the intake form must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian.

Your information is accurate

The review is only as good as what you send. You agree that the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If times or details are wrong, the review may be wrong too.

Payments

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. The processor's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change. Every family pays the same price for the same plan at the same time. The price you pay is the one shown when you check out.

Delivery

We deliver the written plan within 5 business days after we receive a complete intake form. The intake form is collected through Tally. For the Path Plan and Season Plan, we'll send a link to book your strategy call with your written plan. Season Plan check-ins are scheduled around your swimmer's meet calendar. Refunds

The same rules apply to everyone, including founding clients.

Path Review

  1. You get a full refund if we don't deliver your written plan within 5 business days of a complete intake form.
  2. You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and we haven't started your plan yet.
  3. After delivery, you can send one round of follow-up questions by email within 14 days.

Path Plan

  1. You get a full refund if we don't deliver your written plan within 5 business days of a complete intake form.
  2. You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and we haven't started your plan yet.
  3. You get a full refund if the strategy call isn't held because of us.
  4. After delivery, you can send questions by email for 30 days.

Season Plan

  1. The Path Plan rules above apply to the written plan and the strategy call.
  2. If you cancel early, we refund the unused check-ins on a prorated basis. Proposed: after the written plan and strategy call are delivered, $550 of the $899 covers the three check-ins and the work around them, so we refund about $183 for each check-in not yet held.   3. Everything else follows this policy.

For every plan

We don't refund because you disagree with the advice, since no plan can guarantee any outcome. If a plan clearly misses what your intake form asked for, tell us and we'll make it right, which can include a refund.

We refund promptly, to the original payment method. The payment processor may keep its processing fee. To ask, email [EMAIL].

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the Path Review format, the playbook, newsletter issues, templates, logos, and the Goggle Marks name, belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME OR OWNER NAME].

When you buy a plan, you can keep it, print it, and share it with your swimmer, family, and coaches. Please don't resell it or post it publicly. If you buy the playbook, it's for your own family's use. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM LICENSE WORDING]

Things you agree not to do

Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal. Don't submit information about a swimmer unless you're their parent or legal guardian.

Limits of liability
