Your first three things

Every plan opens with a short list called "Your first three things to do this month." You can act on it the night you read it. The rest of the plan explains why those three, and what comes after.

Who this is for

Parents of high school club swimmers who are starting to wonder about college swimming. You do not know what is realistic yet, or which meets matter, or what to do first. If you have ever sat through a four-hour meet for two 50s and then googled "what does a D3 swimmer's time look like" in the parking lot, hi. This is for you.

What you walk away with

You will know where your swimmer stands, which meets matter, which college levels are worth researching, and what to do grade by grade. In plain language.

Now the honest part. The goal is clarity and a plan. It is not a scholarship, a roster spot, or a coach's reply. Nobody can promise those, and we will not.

Three ways to work with us

Every plan is one flat price, the same for every family. No plan promises a recruiting result. Your swimmer sends every message to coaches. We never do.

Path Review, $149 standard price

The written plan. Most families start here.

Delivered as a written plan of about 3 to 4 pages within 5 business days of your complete intake.

Path Plan, $349 standard price

The written plan, plus a conversation and a way to build your school list. For most families who are past "just curious," this is the sensible middle.

Season Plan, $899 per family, by application

For families who want someone in their corner for a whole season.

Same price for every family. There is no founding price on the Season Plan. A season is a real commitment on both sides, and we take very few families at a time. A short application lets us check that it fits before anyone pays. If the Path Plan would serve you just as well, we will say so.

Apply for the Season Plan

Which one should I choose?

Choose the Path Review if you mostly want to know where things stand and what to do next.

Choose the Path Plan if your swimmer is ready to start researching schools and you would like a real conversation about it. You get the written plan, a call, and a way to build the list yourselves.

Apply for the Season Plan if you want someone checking in as the season unfolds and times change.

Not sure? Start with the free timeline, and we will point you to the smallest plan that does the job.

Buy founding Path Plan

The first three families to pay get the slots, in order of payment, across both options in total. The founding rate ends Nov 11, 2026, or when all 3 slots are taken, whichever comes first. Anyone can take a slot on the same terms. The Season Plan has no founding price. In return we ask for honest feedback and, only if you want to, permission to share a short quote, labeled "founding client, reduced rate" and used only as you wrote it.

The On-Time Promise

What we do not do: refund because you disagree with the advice. Honest advice is the whole product. And we do not promise any recruiting result, roster spot, or scholarship. No one honestly can.

Refund policy

The promise above is the short version. Season Plan refunds and the full rules are in the terms (draft, pending final review).

How it works

  1. Pick your plan and pay by secure link. For the Season Plan, apply first.
  2. Fill out the intake form. About 10 minutes: grade, events, best times with the course, meets, goals, questions.
  3. Get your written plan within 5 business days of a complete intake. Path Plan and Season Plan families also get a link to book the strategy call.

We take a limited number of new families each week so every plan gets real attention.

What this is, and is not

This is an honest second opinion on how to plan. It is not a guarantee of anything. Only college coaches make roster decisions. Rules and calendars change, so please check the current calendar at ncaa.org and talk with your swimmer's coaches.

Common questions

Is this a recruiting service? No. We do not contact coaches or submit anything for you. Your swimmer sends every message.

Can you promise my swimmer a scholarship? No. And be careful of anyone who does.

Do you give us a list of schools? No. In the Path Plan, your family builds the list with our framework, using your own criteria and public information. We review your draft once and tell you how it fits those criteria. Nobody pays us to send families anywhere.

Do I have to be on a call? Not for the Path Review. The written plan stands on its own.

Can my swimmer join the call? Yes, please. It is their path. A parent or guardian is on every call.

Is the founding rate a special deal for friends? No. It is public, limited to 3 slots, and open to anyone on the same terms, in order of payment.

Do siblings cost extra? On the Season Plan, siblings in the same household are included. The Path Review and Path Plan are written for one swimmer.
